Glynn & Jill, we mourn your loss of a father taken too early, but hope you're comforted in knowing his struggle is over and that your family was the source of such great joy for him, as my kids were for my Dad before he too passed. You never stop missing him, but his spirit will live on in your own service to community and citizens.

While Bill Loope was manning the helm of the ship in Botetourt Conty, we were sailing in safe waters.
I will miss this feeling.

I am so sorry for your loss. Mr. Loope was a wonderful patient. I enjoyed spending time with him and talking about his family. I know all of the CCU family miss him dearly, but are glad he is in heaven. My prayers are with you all.
