Billy was the one that I remember very well. He had been around when I grew up at RI School for the Deaf and alway thought of him a good friend.
I really miss him.

Billy grew up with me since we were little kids. He had a good sense of humor, good guy and protect me as sister and brother. We do admire his excellent player basketball at RI School for the Deaf. We will never forgot him. He is in peace with Jesus, we will miss him.
