William C. Lowe

LaGrangeville - William C. Lowe ,88,of LaGrangeville passed away peacefully on March 12, 2014 at Vassar Brothers Medical Center.

Born on April 5, 1925 in Neversink to the late Moses and Amanda Lowe.

William worked for Banner Plastics in Patterson NJ as a foreman and the vice president of the union for 16 years, Lumlite Plastics in Pawling and was a rural letter carrier for the LaGrangeville Post Office for 23 years prior to his retirement . He was a proud veteran of WWII serving in the United States Army.

William was a lifetime member of the Mid County Rod and Gun Club and was a member of the VFW.

He was a loving father who adored his family and enjoyed fishing, hunting, cooking and gardening.

Survivors include his loving children Bonnie Pacella and her husband Richard of Mooresville, NC, Linda Gotsch and her husband Gerald of Grahmsville, NY, Mark Lowe, Laura Lowe and April Lowe of LaGrangeville. Cherished grandchildren Heather and Richard Pacella, Brent Gotsch, and Trever Lowe. One Loving Great Granddaughter Gianna Musto.His Former daughter in law Penny Ormiston

He was predeceased by his wife Ruth Lowe, his brother George Lowe and his sister in law Kathryn Lowe.

A Gathering of Friends and family will be held on Sunday March 16, 2014 from 1-4 at Mid County Rod and Gun Club 650 Waterbury Hill Road, LaGrangeville.
