Dear Lowes family,we are so sad to hear of Billy's passing. I worked with him about 18 years at Verizon. He was always pleasant,kind,happy a great worker and always a gentleman. He spoke of his family often and his bride, Carol Ann, you could see the pride and love in his eyes for all of you. He will be missed by many friends and family but not forgotten. Sir, I would just like to say thank you for your service and sacrifice for our Country when you served with the U.S. Army in Korea during the Cold War. Millions of Americans slept safe at night because you and your fellow servicemen stood ready to defend our Country. And to your family and loved ones, I wish to extend my deepest sympathy.
