Thank you for your service to our country. Rest In Peace.

My connection to Loyd was as a longtime family friend of Rhonda. Loyd was a wonderful husband and father and he was a special American. His life was a picture of good values and great achievements. Rest in Peace Loyd.

Duty done well, Sir. Ken Booth, Neville `74

He was a friend in high school. His sister and I were great friends and she was in my wedding! Loyd had wonderful parents. His mom was the best! I imagine Loyd was the best husband, father and friend to all. It was his personality. We´ll meet again. RIP in loving memory Debbie Audirsch Farley

Loyd was always a wonderful person and had a love for people. He was always fun to be around from school and the band. He could make you laugh and smile. Sending prayers to all the families and friends there and beyond. I enjoyed all his adventures and hat modeling. He was loved by all who met him.

Loyd was my friend and Dorm Chief at Fairchild AFB in the early 1980s. He gave great latitude to us "dorm rats" and in return, we did what Loyd expected. We respected and appreciated Sgt. Patton. It became dormitory tradition, on Sundays I believe, that a group of us watched "The Muppet Show" and "M*A*S*H" together.

I always looked forward to seeing on his post of new hats he tried on in all the different stores he went to while shopping. He loved Hats! :) We will meet again in heaven, love you!
