Not sure what to say?

I am so sorry to hear of your loss. I knew Bill from 30 years ago at Vanderbilt. He was a great fraternity brother and a great friend. He will be missed. My thoughts and prayers go out to his family and friends.

Hello! I am a friend of Sue Ellen's since BIRTH(!) and of Michael's since they were married.....it has been so much fun over the years to hear Sue Ellen talk about getting together with Michael's brother and family......I am so sorry for all of you...stay close as a family....and God truly is in control. Susan Smith Bradley

Alice,
I know how hard this is and I want you to know that I am always thinking about you. You can call me anytime day or night. I'll be there for you. I love you and i hope that you and you're family are ok. You can do this. Keep your chin up girl.

I was fortunate to be Bill's classmate in UVA law school and recall those years with him with much affection and good memories. I am sure he is with the Lord. My prayers and sympathies to his family.

My condolences to Bill's family on his passing. He hired me at Lightfoot Franklin in 1991 and I had to privilege of working with him for several years. He will be missed. I pray God will give comfort and peace to the family during this difficult time. Senator Merle Flowers, P.O. Box 750, Southaven MS 38671

I went to school with Bill at Grissom and also went to First Baptist Church with his family. I always admired Bill as a good friend. I will always remember how intelligent he was and I knew he was destined for great things. I do know he was a christian and hope to see him in heaven one day. My prayers are with all of his family.

I am so very sorry for the loss of your husband and my friends' child. What a shock to learn of your great loss. Know that I am thinking of all of you. Julia Vess, Huntsville, Alabama

Our hearts are saddened because of this loss. we pray God's comfort for all the family and hold you in our hearts . Our love goes out to you in these days. God will provide.

Dewey and I send our love to Janet, Kenan, Marguerite, Alice and their extended families. Our hearts ache with you. Bill was a childhood friend of mine and as we grew up our paths often crossed. Bill and Dewey attended UVA law school at the same time and worked at Bradley, Arant, Rose and White together. We will miss him.
With love,
