To the Lucas Family. So sorry to hear about Bill's passing. Somehow we missed the obituary. It was always nice chatting with Bill over fishing stories and local happenings around the neighborhood as he was heading out to pick-up KFC. He will be missed as a good friend. I was very sad to see that Bill had passed away. I worked with him for several years at New Cumberland. He was a good man and a proud veteran. Thanks, Bill. You will be missed.
