To Bill's family: We were so distressed to receive the news of Bill's passing when we were in Birmingham earlier this week. We could not believe it when we walked into Rogers and Earl gave us the news. We got to know Bill by being Rogers "regulars". We always looked forward to seeing and talking with him and he became a good friend. We can't believe we won't see his wonderful smile anymore as he greeted us. He made us feel like that talking to us made his day. Not many people have that...

You all are in our thoughts and prayers as you mourn the loss of your husband, father, and brother. Though I can't remember "today," in my mind I can see Bill's face, hear his laughter, and remember his wonderful personality. He will be missed here on earth, but will add great joy to Heaven. May the memories of Bill and his life with you be of comfort in the days ahead.

Our heartfelt sympathy is expressed to the Ludwig family on the loss of Mr.William (Bill) Ludwig.We knew "Bill" for many years,as well as his son, "Aaron",who are now both among the Angels. Although, we feel a loss here on earth, we know that they are now rejoicing" ' together' in Heaven.The Villalba Family{Sylacauga, Alabama}

To Bill's family: As you know Bill and I were first cousins and grew up together in Salisbury. Bill was just a month older than me and we were together all the time as children. We even lived in the same neighborhood and went to the same elementary school.Bill was more like a brother to me than a cousin and I have many fond memories of him. He was always laughing and joking and pulling pranks on people.He had alot of friends and was liked by everyone.

I was deeply saddened by the...

To Tom and the family of Bill Ludwig: Your brother and father will surely be missed by our class, the community and of course each one of you. Tom, I still remember the summer your mother took us to the beach where we ran into Bill Kluttz and his family. His dad loaned us the family wagon and on our way home to make your Mom’s curfew I almost got my first ticket(I can’t remember why I was driving). My prayers are with all of you. Celebrate his life for those who can’t be with you.

To Bill's family, My deepest sympathy on the loss of your husband,father and brother. A classmate from high school, his smile and his laugh were contagious! Always interested in what you were doing when he saw you. Bill was someone you will never forget. I will miss him as I know his classmates will second that. My prayers to you and your family Bill.
