William B. MacIsaac

It has been many years since I have seen Bill. It was my last business trip to San Diego, probably in the 1980s. Bill & I worked on several projects together and we both went on at least one Ocean Mining Mission together. He, Mike Hoard and I were buddies as well as coworkers.
It is hard enough to watch all my older coworkers pass away, but Bill was just a touch younger than I.
