Not sure what to say?

Mr. Malnight was my 4th grade teacher at St. Monica´s. I have so many fond memories of learning the multiplication table, and prayers that he would say during the presentation of the Eucharist ("our Lord and our God; our God and our Love"). And who could ever forget his love of Michigan (as a state and university)?! God bless you, sir. The impact that you had on so many people like me will echo for eternity.

Our deepest sympathy to all of the Malnight family. We were blessed to have Bill teach four of five children. Some of their fondest memories of grade school, were the lessons he taught. His dedication and sharing of his faith had a lasting impact on them. Even our youngest, who never had him as a teacher, fondly remembers his friendship whenever he saw her. May he rest in God's eternal love.

I was saddened to hear of Bill's passing and offer my condolences and prayers to the family. Also, as the former Manager of Wolohan Lumber in Kalamazoo I would like to thank Bill for his great service and dedication to our store while he was employed there. Thanks.

We are sorry that we were unable to attend Bill's funeral. We want to express our sympathy to all the Malnight family. You all, and especially Bill were meaningful friends.
Bill gave so much love and care to everyone around him. What a great example
for his students! Ed and Betty Hartmann

We have lost a wonderful, caring soul. Mr. Malnight taught all four of our now grown children and gave them an excitement for learning(the multiplication table, our bones )and a caring heart for all life and the adventure of wonderment, (geography). We remember Bill fondly and keep his soul and family in our prayers. Gratefully,
Vic & Barb Ceru and Family

Now you're singing with the angels, Bill.
Lovingly,
Theresa and Pete Humphreys

Our condolences and prayers go out to Bill and the entire Malnight Family.

Bill Malnight was a great teacher and man. He will be missed by so many who had the pleasure of knowing him either as a student or a parent of a student.

We, as a family, are so saddened to learn of Bill's sudden death. Our thoughts and prayers are with his family. Mr. Malnight was our boys' teacher at St. Monica's. They remember him with such fondness and appreciation for how much they learned from him. They especially remember his high standards for learning the multiplication tables - The Wall of Fame. How lucky Steve and Nate were to have been in his class.
Steve is a teacher now and I know Bill's memory and methods live on through...
