Billy was an interesting friend. If you were his friend it became obvious immediately. I enjoyed Billy's friendship for about sixty years or more. Billy did not limit himself in life, if he wanted something it was only a matter of time before he achieved it. I am grateful that we had a nice talk at the last or the next to last class reunion.
