I have only had the oppurtunity in life to meet Billy a couple of times..gentle soul. Just like Tommy. They are both missed dearly. I am truly sorry for this untimely loss of humanity. God Bless You All.

I remember "Billy" from many years ago. I hung out with ted, billy and tommy on a few occasions and when I saw tommy's obit I was shocked. Now Billy. They have gone too soon. I have "fun" memories of those times.
