Not sure what to say?

Marilyn and family. So sorry to hear of your loss. I am writing on behalf of my sister, Phyllis (Wardius) Hill and myself, Linda (Wardius) Schmit. You may remember our parents, George and Josephine Wardius from Wisconsin. I found the obituary after a Christmas card to Marilyn was returned to my sister for the wrong address. We all lost touch after my mother passed away although Phyllis kept in touch at Christmas time. She would like to reconnect with Marilyn if possible. They were close...

In 1962, my parents moved to April Hill in SW Portland. Most neighborhoods have a guy who is there to help everyone. Bill was that guy. If you needed help with your car, lawn mower, home appliances, furnace or roof, needed to borrow a tool, Bill was there to help.
If you had an anniversary, birthday or family crisis, Bill was there to help or celebrate.
We will miss Bill but our memories and thankfulness for knowing him for over 50 years will keep him alive in our hearts and...

Bill was a honest, knowledgeable Director of the Bureau of Maintenance. He was a family man and cared about the people who worked for him and their families. He could enjoy a good laugh but was serious about his work. I have many great memories of the years I worked for him. I also want to thank him for his time in the military. Another example of courage in his service to the USA. A life well spent!! Bob Koski

The best boss I ever had in my life god bless the family rest in pace
