Not sure what to say?

So sorry to hear about Bill. We used to run around with Garry and Sherry Yount and enjoyed the times at the beach when your family was there.

I was so sorry to read about Bill. He and my husband, Earl Owens, were good friends. Bill was a blessing to me when Earl passed away. He was truly a good, good man. Eunice and family, I am very sorry for your loss. You are in my thoughts and my prayers.

Dear Eunice and Family, I am Hoyt Mason Roberts who was married to Martha Louise Poole sister of Lola Mason, Joyce Mason Duggan let me know of Deward's death, my heart and prayers go to you and your family, Louise and I were Missionaries in Honduras for 30 years and really lost contact with you all, but The Lord Jesus is your comforter during thseee

I have hundreds of things I remember about Uncle (Deward, that's what I always called him). I have a small silver horse charm he gave me one year for Christmas, in a hugh box full of paper. I had to hunt and hunt to find it. I remember he, grandpa and I driving to Ga. to a funeral. I remember the love and joy he ahared with me. I know he is having a happy time with the other members of our family in heaven. Give our daughter and dad and mom a kiss from us.

I worked with Bill at Hood bros. Texaco on Sam Wilson Rd. for many years as a teenager. He taught me a lot and always was a fun to be around man. He promised me several times to "dance at my wedding" if I would run an errand for him in his 53 Chevy which I was glad to do. It was a three speed and I could shift like crazy. A very good man.

I have fond memories of Bill from many years ago when my family lived in the Moores Chapel area. I am so sorry to hear of his passing and the families loss GOD BLESS YOU ALL.
