Mr. William R. McAfee, 78, of Foxville Road, Foxville, died Tuesday, April 4, at the Veterans Affairs Medical Center, Martinsburg, W.Va.He was the husband of Caroline C. Toms McAfee, who died in 1999.Born Oct. 3, 1921, in Foxville, he was a son of the late Raymond Broadbeck and Bessie McAfee.Mr....
