Not sure what to say?

My prayers to Bill's entire family and for the repose of his soul. Simply, he was a good man. "May the angels lead him into paradise."

RIP old friend ! From kindergarten onward through the years, always a gentleman, always a kind word and warm hello. A life well lived !

Jimmy& Sandy, I would like too pass on my condolences to you on the passing of Billy. I was a little kid when we moved to William Street. I have great memories of playing Basketball, peegie ball, football with Billy and Jimmy both, and the many other kids that enjoyed William street park back in the late 60´s and 70´s! Billy was a wonderful person, that I reconnected with in the early 2000´s when I took my son over to Trinity catholic too watch football or basketball games! A true...

Many fond memories of seeing him in Cos Cob and on Island Beach. Billy and my father were very tight growing up. A tremendously kind gentleman. My sincere condolences.

Many great years with Bill and Jim at William St 'The Park' and the gang at Island Beach. My sister Mary Lynn and I always looked forward to seeing them there. Sincere condolences to Jim and family.

Good guy..grew up with Billy...sorry to hear Jimmy...KB

I have been fortunate to know Bill for a long time and was so lucky when we eventually became colleagues at Catholic High. Billy was one of the best...he was ever-present and would do anything to help others, especially his "scholars". Yes, even giving students the collared shirt and tie off his back! He was a kind, supportive, humble man with an interesting sense of humor who was grounded by his deep sense of faith. Billy you will be dearly missed and fondly remembered. With thoughts and...

I first met Bill when I was the assistant coach of the Saint Mary´s Ice Hockey team and he was the team manager. We later reconnected at the Town of Greenwich, Department of Parks and Recreation, Marine and Facilities Operations Division where we shared many great times. He had a wonderful sense of humor and could tell some of the best stories. My best to Sandy and their son Jimmy at this time of sorrow.
