Not sure what to say?

Bill McBride was such a kind and gentle man. He lived a good life , thoughtful, and caring.

Dorothy, I am so sorry for your loss of Bill. Also, I was in the hospital with pneumonia when all this happened and did not know about it until later or I would have been present to represent both Jack & I at the service. Now they are drinking coffee together again.

Bill was a man with many outstanding qualities that were obvious in the ways he lived and related to others. He was never guilty of self promotion or soliciting attention and recognition. He invested himself in community and faith ventures with integrity and dignity. His boundless credibility, loving kindness and generosity will be a living legacy in the spirits of family and friends. His encouragement and support were valued gifts to me in my years at Valley Baptist Medical Center.

May the Lord give you strength and peace through this time of your loss. Mr. McBride will be missed. I will not only remember my birthday as another year of life that the Lord has given but also a celebration of a life that brought much love, joy and hope to all those who were blessed by Mr. McBride. The love between them both was just beautiful to see everytime we saw them together. We will miss him dearly. Jessica Garza (VBMC Family Practice)

My deepest sympathies to the entire McBride family. I fondly remember Mr. McBride from the old neighborhood and South Texas Lumber.

My condolences to Bill, Jr. and the rest of the family.

His work at Asbury is deeply appreciated.

Bill McBride was a very special man. He loved family, his faith and friends were important to him. He was a very caring man. He will be missed.

Uncle Bill will certainly be missed. He always had a warm smile and an encouraging word. While I did not have a lot of opportunities due to distance, being with him was always a joy. My prayers are with all of you at this time.
