Read MoreUrusula - I was thinking about Bill today and sent an email. When it bounced back as his inbox was full, I feared the worst and found his obituary. I am sorry I was not aware of Bill's passing. I had and have so much respect for him and all he did. I am sorry for his loss.

Although we never met in person, as a neighbor, I know Bill's wife, Ursula. I know he must have been a wonderful person to have such a wonderful wife and friend. I am sorry I did not have the opportunity to meet him in person.
