I just found out about Butch. He is my cousin. Aunt Nellie And my mom Lillian Mangiaracino from Venice,Ill were sisters. We were told from cousin Paul

Butch was a part of my old crowd from the sixties and seventies. It sure makes me sad to see another old friend gone.Butch was with out a doubt a free spirit and I know he is at peace.Butch had some beautiful children that he was very proud of and he loved them very much as I know they loved him.May God bless your soul Butch.

Thanks for your words about my Dad. He was such an amazing father and free spirited guy. Hilarious and thoughtful. We will miss him all the time.
All my love

I spent many years riding to the beach and surfing with my friend Butch. He loved the beach and surfing so very much but he loved his two daughters and lately I am sure his grandchildren even more. I know your hearts are heavy and I wish I had comforting words for them but all I have that I can share is that in our many rides to the beach it was clear you girls were very close to his heart. There was never a trip when he did not tell me with great pride and affection about what was going on...

Surfed with Butch in the 60's. Spent many hours with him waiting for that next wave. RIP my old friend.

We surfed a bunch back in the old days.RIP Butch

I graduated from Murphy with Butch and later in life taught his two lovely, smart daughters at Davidson. Asia and Kristina, I am so sorry for your loss. I will remember you in my thoughts and prayers.

Such a good fellow. I have known Butch from the early 70's, we furfed and shared good times together. RIP my friend. You will be remembered by many. Chris Moore
