Not sure what to say?

My deepest condolences to the McCrystal family. Mr. McCrystal was an enduring person and one of the most influential teachers of my life. I owe a tremendous amount to him and will be forever inspired by his dedication to and love for teaching Latin.

Mr. McCrystal thanks for all the times you kept in touch with me over the years. You were one great German and Latin teacher when I was at Essex Catholic. I was thinking about you the week you died. You will be greatly missed. We can catch up with things when we next meet. My family remembers you and your wife as very kind and gentle people. Vios con Dios. Slaffen Sie Gut mein freund. Until we meet again.

UncleBill,

Thank you for the beautiful Christmas memories we will always hold dear in our hearts. Your strength, devotion, faith and humor will live on in my heart. Every time I hear the Drum Corp, I will think of our special time together. Rest in peace Uncle Bill, I love and will miss you so much! Your loving niece, Kathy McCrystal Eckel

Deepest Sympathy to the McCrystal Family. Our Prayers are with you. God Bless!

Very sorry to hear of Bill's passing. I had the privilege of being in his class for Latin II and III back in the early 60's at Essex Catholic and can still remember many of the phrases he had us memorize. May he rest in peace.

Dear Billy,

My sincere condolences for the loss of your father. Although I only met him on occasion at Oratory, I found him to be a true gentleman. I had forgotten some of the things your father and I had in common: our music interests and teaching at both Oratory and Wayne Hills High School.

I will keep your father's memory and will pray for his soul. My he rest in peace.

Doc

Bill and I were members of Prep '48 graduating class. My sincere condolences to his family.

Deepest sympathy to Bill and the former Miss Wormann. Mr.McCrystal was, as you know, an excellent teacher whose dedication, faith, humor and dignity stayed with me long after I forgot any German he tried to teach me.

Rest in peace, Bill, we'll miss you. Jim and Monty
