McDaniel Family, I am so sorry for your loss. I met Mr. Hal at the S&S on Walton Way and enjoyed my lunch conversing with him. He knew of my family that worked for GA Power many moons ago, and was so pleasant to talk & lunch with. He is missed, especially at World Series time! May your memories bring you much joy and comfort.

I got to know Hal in the past 7 years, as he was a regular customer at S&S Cafeteria on Walton Way in Augusta. He would always come in to eat with his friend Charlie when I first started working there, and even after his friend stopped coming in, he still always came back to see us. about your Dad. I got to know him better over the last few years and had many a great conversation with him. He was a really smart and witty guy. He always talked about you both and how proud he was of you. Mr. Hal will be greatly missed!

I knew Hal for many years.He used to visit the Green Jacket Restuarant regularly.He was a sweet man.I know he will be deeply missed but all who knew him.
