We have lost a gentle soul and I am heartbroken. Bill and his beloved dog Ava showed up at my house to rent the downstairs -- even though I said "no pets" I lost! (or won) He was 29, a fine artist and a sports enthusiast who was truly horrified that I didn't recognize Michael Jordon on an elevator. Bill was there for three years and only moved when I married and moved. I loved him like a brother. My girlfriends loved him as much a I did. Want a wonderful chapter in my life. Good-by...

Deepest condolences to Bill's family, particularly Jim, one of my closest friends from our Sigma Nu years at Mines. Bill was one of the nicest people I knew. My wife and I were fortunate to spend some good time talking with him on our last visit just a few short years ago. Rest In Peace.
