Lincoln- McIntosh, William 72 of Louisquisset Pike died Sunday at Memorial Hospital, Pawtucket. He was the husband of Janet R. (LeHouillier) McIntosh.

Born in Providence a son of the late George and Anna (Morris) McIntosh. He lived in Lincoln since 1974.

He was a rigger for Pelletier Trucking Company for many years and also worked at the Lincoln Senior Center. He served in the Army during the Korean conflict.

Besides his wife he leaves three sons William McIntosh of Mansfield, Ma., Douglas G. McIntosh of North Providence and Stephen P. McIntosh of Somerset, Ma., one brother George McIntosh of North Providence, six grandchildren Amanda, Nicholas, William, Jr., Alexandra, Justin and Katrina McIntosh and several nieces and nephews. He was the grandfather of the late Christopher McIntosh.

His funeral will be held on Wednesday at 8am from Bellows-Falso Funeral Chapel 160 River Rd. Lincoln, with a Mass of Christian Burial in St. Anthony Church Mineral Spring Ave. North Providence at 9am. Burial will be in Highland Memorial Park, Johnston. Relatives and friends are invited and may call Tuesday 5-8pm. My Prayers and deepest sympathies go out to you and your family. Unfortunately, I never had the opportunity to know William personally. I do however, have the
priveledge of working with his grandson, Nick. A young man with incredible charactor, of which I'm told, comes largely from two incredible grandparents.
