MRS. McKAY,
IT WAS WITH GREAT SYMPATHY THAT I READ BILL'S OBIT IN THE HOUSTON CHRONICLE. I HAVE KNOWN BILL SINCE THE EARLY 1950'S AND HAVE ALWAYS ADMIRED AND RESPECTED HIS FRIENDLY, JOVIAL MANNER. I HAVE WORKED FOR HIM DIRECTLY AT WESTERN ELECTRIC FOR MANY, MANY YEARS, AND CAN SAY THAT HE WAS ONE OF THE FINEST SUPERVISORS I HAVE EVER WORKED FOR.
I WILL MISS HIM.
