Not sure what to say?

Solid and decent person! Had the privilege to work for years at Oneida CF with Bill. He was always positive and had a genuine caring disposition.
Prayers for Bill and his family.+

Cathy and the McSweeney family,
I am so sorry to hear of Bills passing, he was truly a great guy. I worked with Bill at Oneida Correctional Facility for many years. When Bill started working at Oneida, we spent his first 2 days together, as I provided him his security orientation. A few years later we worked closely together on the EAP committee, which he was the Chairman of. A Man that truly cared about his coworkers and community.
I haven’t seen Bill in years but your beautiful...

I’m so sorry that Billy has passed, my Cousins. I didn’t know him well. But I remember Dad talking to him. God bless you all. Much love, Floey Culkin Feeley❤

In the 1980s Bill was a contractor and early days at that. We had some poor work done by another contractor and Bill fixed the issues for only a little above cost. A year or so later he went on to other career interests, I think teaching at BOCES...I will always remember his kindness to us...and I believe this sums up who he is and how he lived his life. The good seem to go too soon. Cyber hugs to his loved ones. Mary...our former neighbor, esp.

His kindness, laughter, and wisdom touched everyone around him, and though he’s no longer here, his legacy lives on in his children, grandchildren, and all who loved him. I’ll forever cherish the memories of his stories at family gatherings

I grew up with Billy and his family. First, when we lived on Seneca st and they lived around the corner and then I lived across the st. on 7th st. I also cared for his mother when she came to the Heart Center. I am so sorry to hear this news. Taken way too soon. God rest your soul, Billy and hug your mom for me. Peace, grace, and comfort to your wife, kids and siblings, whom I remember well

Dear Bill,
I'm so sorry I missed your final farewell. Please know I was there in spirit, remembering good days in marching band. Fly with the angels, Godspeed to you.
Dear Bill's family,
I am so very sorry to hear of Bills passing. Sending each of you heartfelt prayers for healing, and blessings to carry on.
Sincerely,
Kathy Guernsey-Rushmore

Bill was one of my favorite people, someone who would give you the shirt off his back, with a joke and a smile. The world is a colder and lesser place in his absence.
