Not sure what to say?

I still think about Dr. Meyer when I take my bassets and cats to the Kingsburg Vet. I miss the old building and Dr. Meyer.

Diane, Lizzy and I just found out about Hal. We are very sorry to hear that Hal died. I always meant to get back in touch with Hal and you. You both were such good friends to me and I have thought about you both over the years. I just retired and after retirement I planned to reconnect with friends. I should have gotten in touch years ago to tell you both how much I appreciated your friendship way back when I was a long way from Kansas and so lonesome. Please let us know how you are. John...

Hal will be missed by this community and all who cared for him. We have fond memories of Hofer trips with you both. Diane, we hurt with you and are keeping you in our thoughts and prayers.

Diane and Family: I loved Doc Meyers so much and have yet to find a vet anything like him. They just don't make them like him anymore! I'm so sorry. I know he is missed.

What a blessing Dr. Meyer was to my family. Dr. Meyer treated our animals with such care and tenderness. You always left his office knowing your animals was with the best of the best. You will be missed. God bless your family

Dear Diane and family,
It was with great sorrow I saw Hal's obituary. I still remember very fondly my first job at Kingsburg Vet. He was a great boss to work for and certainly loved life. I know he will be missed. Keeping you and your family in my prayers.
Take care,
Valerie Christiansen

I continued to bring two more basset hounds as an adult. This was the time that I got to really know Dr. Meyer.
One of my basset hounds constantly had ear infections which were very serious so Dr. Meyer would have me come in every two weeks for two years to check her and prescribe more medicine.
He...
