Dear Barbara and Family,

I just learned of Bill's passing and I am stunned. Bill and I were very close friends throughout our childhood. We attended the same grade school and high school. We lived on the same street in Philadelphia. We served together in the military. I served in the Marine Corps and Bill was our Navy Corpsman. I am very sorry for your loss. Bill will be forever in my prayers.

Dear Barb,

Our thoughts & prayers are with you and your family. I didn't hear about it until the day of the funeral.

May the joys you knew comfort you in your sorrow.
Your loving husband and dad will be remembered, as the smiling, laughing gentleman he was to all.

Dear Barb, Billy, Lynn, & Karyn:

Barb and Family-
You are in my thoughts and prayers. Words can't express how sad I am for your pain and loss. I only met Bill once, but was touched by his kind spirit. He was a dedicated husband, father, firefighter and veteran. Treasure you memories, enjoy each other, live each day to the fullest. Family - that's what is important. Don't take anything for granted.
God Bless you.

Barb, Billy, Lynn and Karyn,
You guys know how much Bill meant to me. I am sorry I couldn't be out there with you but know I am with you in spirit. You are all my family and I love you. I will always be here for you if you need me. I know how hard this must be for you but he is smiling down on you from Heaven and will always be with you. You are all in my prayers and I will see you soon.

Words cannot even begin to express the loss of Bill to everyone he touched. He was not only the guardian angel as a firefighter and a very loved family member as a husband and father, he was a great friend to me. Bill always thought of life in the following manner: God (church), family, friends and his job protecting others as a firefighter. He bravely, without hesitation, fought the bravest battle of all with his cancer. He never gave up, even when life dealt him a "bad hand" in the end,...

Dear Family - Your husband and father was one of my heroes. Love and service are the two things that Jesus has asked all of us to do to carry His love story to the next generation. As a husband and father, he gave you nothing less than everything. As firefighter, he put his life on the line many times. As a Vietnam vet, he served his country and did what all our soldiers do, once again risking his life for others. Bill got involved in Our Lady of Mt Carmel, serving his parish when...
