Not sure what to say?

With deepest sympathy I morn the lost of a wonderful neighbor. Plum st won't be the same without this gentle man.During all those years I remember the pears being shared and always had time to sit and visit. Phyllis, you had a gem of husband as I did and both are so missed on Plum st. May God grant peace to all his loving family.

Bill Milligan, my brother-in-law, was a fine man indeed.I am fortunate to have
known this kind and gentle person for many years.
Through his extensive reading, he was a storehouse of information, and
on several occasions amazed me of all the things he knew. Also, he could
express himself very well in conversation with a rich vocabulary and a clear,
soft-spoken voice. Yes, the world would be a better place with more men like Bill.
He will be missed by me, Neal Argeny

My thoughts and prayers to the Milligan family! My mother and I worked with Bill at Carlise's ! He was a true gentleman and alway had us laughing ! He will truly be missed by all who knew him!

My most sincere condolences to the Milligan family. I had the distinct pleasure of working with Bill for several years at Carlisle's. He was the consummate gentleman, always kind and patient, even when dealing with difficult people. When I started work at Carlisle's as an 18 yr old newlywed, I knew nothing about menswear. With kindness, patience and abounding wisdom, he taught me everything I know. I am certain that his family enjoyed that very same kindness, patience, and wisdom,...

Bill was a gentleman and a genuinely good guy. My sympathies to Bill's family and loved ones.

To the Milligan family. I'miss very sorry to her of Bill'so passing. I had the pleasure of knowing and working with Bill. He was a wonderful person and I know will be missed.
