So very sorry to hear that Bill has passed on. He was my Trooper Coach at Somerville Barracks when I began my career in June 1974. What a great man he was to me and for me. I was so lucky to have William guide me and tutor me. We had real conversation's about the job and life, and what a Trooper stood for, Bill was the BEST! My heartfelt prayers go out to you Carol and family and the world was a better place because of Bill Minick. With deep sorrow and sadness, Bruce Hull 2962 90th
