Bill was a loyal friend who gave gifts -- his time, his talent with his hands, and his thoughtfulness. He created a company that reflected the joy of gift-giving, and his friendship was the greatest gift of all. I will miss you, Mr. Bill.

I'd known Bill for 30 years. Not a more loving, giving man out there. I'll miss Bill even though we rarely got to see each other. Grateful to see him last summer with my family. He was our tour guide through the Biltmore-- as he was for so many. Rest easy friend. I know God has you.
