I just received the news of Uncle Dukes heavenly transition! My most sincere, deepest heartfelt prayers are with you all always ! Words can't express how much he will be deeply missed! I will always remember that enthusiastic disposition that Uncle Duke has been endowed with in life! He always had a pep in his step!He was a kind heart and free-spirit soul always always filled with vim! May he rest in eternal peace in the ever lasting arms of Jesus Christ! Blessing!...

My Uncle William Duke Moore was a man of many gifts and talents! He was always happy endowed with a great big heart! He will be deeply missed in my heart! I send my love, deepest condolences to the family! I know that my uncle has taken on a new life, a new residence in glory!Now the flesh has put on immortality! Across the 301 Highway, back in the corner of Woodard Street Extension is where the bond of several families gave birth to a very tight community. Mr. Duke contributed the Moore family as his contribution to help mold and shape the neighborhood we all grew to love so dearly. Mr. Duke was one of the cornerstones that gave meaning and a feeling of devotion to 'our' small but tight community. We will forever miss him. Rest In Peace Mr. Duke, you are at peace now.
