Not sure what to say?

Dear Susan and family, WE both worked for Judge Moran and are deeply saddened by your loss, He was a wonderful Judge and a good man, He was always very kind and open to the Probation Department, I spend many hours discussing the law with him and he was always open to any recommendations, Both my husband had the highest respect for him A great man who was gone to soon, Our deepest sympathies, Katelind and Terrence Brennan

Sue, I was so sorry to hear about the passing of Bill. My condolences to you and your family. You and Bill purchased your Ridgeback puppy from me in 1995.I am sure there was a happy Ridgeback waiting for him to arrive over the rainbow bride. Annamaria

Dear Judge,
I will miss you deeply. Our relationship started when I was Chief Juvenile Probation Officer for The Court of Northampton County. It became very clear to me that you were not only a extremely intelligent Jurior but also a person that delivered leadership, wisdom beyond your years and compassion in serving on the bench. We shared many lunches and some dinners discussing how to serve the community and youth of the Juvenile Court. When the Juvenile Justice Center was created in...

My sincere condolences to the family. Bill was one of a kind and I very much cherished our intellectual debates. His humor and wit coupled with his delight in reasoned debate was a blessing. He never tired in telling me that he was the only Judge who read the Nation magazine and voted for President Gerald Ford. I never tired in reminding the actual author of the Northampton County Home Rule Charter he was far more Hamiltonian than Jeffersonian from which many arguments would flow. Rest in...

Dear Sue and family ....Our sincere and deepest sympathy on Bill's passing. I have fond memories of our early political campaigns. It was an honor to serve with him on the first Northampton County Council. May he rest in eternal peace.

The last time that I spoke to Bill was in January, 1969, and I was serving in Vietnam with the First Infantry Division. Bill was with the judge advocates office, and he was doing an investigation, and was at our base camp at Lai Kai, I was at our base camp in Xi An. I received a call from a Capt Moran, and I recognized his voice. I said is this the Bill Moran from Easton, Pa., and he said yes, and then he wanted to know who he was talking to. I said I was at St Janes, and Notre Dame with...

Dear Mrs. Moran & Family,

So sad to hear about Judge Moran's passing. Judge Moran was a brilliant and interesting person. It was a pleasure working with him in his senior status. Always enjoyed his many stories and advice.

My thoughts and prayers are with you.

Bev and family,
I was so sad to learn this news. I was a client of Bills while he was still in private practice, and he was enormously helpful. He was also gracious with advice when I decided to attend law school. I could see the best of both your dear parents in him. My deepest sympathies to Susan, and I marvel at how lucky all of us were to know a man who departed this life and left nothing but friends. May the Angels lead him into Paradise.

Kindest regards, Helen
