Billy was a special human being who had time for everyone. He was such a kind character and hub of Orient Heights. He really shaped the humanity in me and the way I raise my kids.

Billy was one of a kind
He was a people person above all else and kindness oozed from him. His sense of humor was legendary and never offensive. The victory pub was his domain and he held court daily. The day shift with Billy was full of East Boston characters - and he drove them home if he knew they were in danger. So Billy thank you for the memories and for the opportunity to have known a very special Orient Heights neighborhood, We often talk about the farewell party you threw for us...

Sorry to hear about Billy's passing. I met Billy through my friend Sully, I would come by and give Billy some fish every once in a while, he was quite a character.
