Not sure what to say?

What more can be said about Bill? He was a man's man and never broke a promise-a very rare person.

As one of his contractors I had the opportunity to work closely with Bill for a number of years. He was a 'man of his word', something rare today. He also tasked you and your senior people to be better men, deal fairly and honestly, provide a superior product, and take pride in your accomplishment. He enjoyed his work and we spent many nights together sharing stories and a beer. Well, maybe more than one. This was never more evident than on IXC project from NY to LA where we were striving...

Dear Tammy, Sean, and Amanda,
Our thoughts and prayers are with you as you put Bill to rest. He was a fighter until the end and we know he is finally at peace. Each of you are also incredibly strong to have gone through this with him. May God bless each of you and may you feel his strength and spirit fill you every day.

Dearest Tammy, Amanda, and Sean,

Our hearts have been heavy as we contemplate Bill passing away. It seems like yesterday when we were neighbors and Bill was always so willing to lend us a hand or a tool when we needed one. I remember the Thanksgiving when he saved the day (and our dinner) by fixing our disposal which had erupted potato skins all over our kitchen at the most inopportune time. We love you all and miss you so very much. You will be in our thoughts and prayers...

Dear Tammy, Amanda and Sean,
We were so sorry to hear about the passing of your Dad. We have such fond memories of him at the golf course at River Place or always fixing or making something to improve your home - he was truly talented that way. Our thoughts and prayers are with you and we hope you find strength from each other to help you through these difficult days.

Dear Tammy, Sean and Amanda,

How sorry I was to hear of Bill's passing. May you find comfort in the knowledge that he at peace in the arms of our Lord. Please accept our most heartfelt and deepest sympathy.

Lynn and Brent Longwill

I am so very sorry to hear of Bill's passing. His spirit was a gift. He was always a welcomed visitor here in Tucson when he came to visit us Broadwingers. His smile was infectious and we all enjoyed him so much. It is very sad news indeed that he has gone on. I hope you all take comfort in the positive legacy that Bill leaves behind and the many people Bill touched in this life. May God Bless and Comfort you all. Cindy Campbell - Broadwing - Tucson, AZ

Tammy, Sean, and Amanda,
All of you have been in the hearts and prayers of us all in Eatonton, as you have gone through this long journey with Bill. Our continuous prayer will be for your family, as you each greive his passing.
Butch and I hope to see all on your next visit to see Grandpa/Grandma.

I hope you all can gain strength from the prayers of friends, all across this country.

Love,
Tracy Stewart ( and Butch )

I didn't know Bill well, to much distance and to much work for both of us, but I always enjoyed his company and the stories we told of our travels and adventures. His love for his family and home was evident in everything he did and said. I wish I'd gotten to know him better, I feel I missed out on a great friendship, and I'm sorry to hear of his passing.
