Not sure what to say?

Rita and kids. I was priviledged to be at the service today. What an extrodinary man you had. Tiffiny, what an excellent tribute to your father. The statement that he never had an enemy is without a doubt fact. I spent many, many hours one on one with him, sometimes captive in the truck, so I know it to be true. Knew and worked with him for 40yrs. The other thing I know to be true is that he truly worsipped his bride.

To the entire families and extended ones too. I am heart felt sorry and sadden to hear of your family great loss. My prayers are with you all. All the years that I have known him he was wonderful to be around and the life of the family gathers . What a sweet and kind thoughtful man who created such a loving close knit good family . I send my condolences to you all. With lots of love, Bridget Damonte (Spring & Davy Ouber sister)

May God bless you and your family in this time of sorrow.

I ENJOYED MY TIME WITH YOU AT FRISCHHERTZ ELECTRIC. YOU WERE ALWAYS FUN TO BE AROUND.

May all of your memories bring you comfort. He was a kind and loving man who truly loved you and his family. Our prayers are with all.

All are so sadden by the loss of Billy. Words are very inadequate to express sorrow of the loss, a husband, father, grandfather and a dear friend for many years. An incredible man for all who knew him, loved him and his love of family & life. Will cherish all the wonderful memories! May the peace of God hold ya'll close & comfort you all. Memories survive in time of sorrow. Our prayers & love always
