William passed away on Saturday, August 13, 2016. William was a resident of Covington, Louisiana at the time of his passing. Billy Munch was a proud Navy Vietnam Veteran and a retired electrician of Local 130. He was married to Rita. Rita and kids. I was priviledged to be at the service today. What an extrodinary man you had. Tiffiny, what an excellent tribute to your father. The statement that he never had an enemy is without a doubt fact. I spent many,many hours one on one with him, sometimes captive in the truck, so I know it to be true. Knew and worked with him for 40yrs. The other thing I know to be true is that he truly worsipped his bride.

All are so sadden by the loss of Billy. Words are very inadequate to express sorrow of the loss, a husband, father, grandfather and a dear friend for many years.
