I worked with Bill for several years at Tally. I always enjoyed seeing him. His intelligence and wit were unsurpassed. A true gentleman.

Upon reading Bill's obituary, I feel a little lonelier and older as another friend moves on. Bill and I worked together for many years, both in England and here. We shared a number of adventures around the world and shared a love of boating and fine Scotch. His help in mentoring my career was immeasurable.
We had fallen out of touch in recent years and I will be forever sorry for that.
