Dear Mutsch family,
I work as a server at the Loyalton of Joliet. I know I shouldn't have favorites, but Bill was mine. I was away at school, my first year of college, when he passed away. My sister works at the Loyalton too and she called me to tell me the news. Though I don't know any of you, I am sure you are wonderful people, because Bill sure was a wonderful person to be around. I used to give him the old napkins to clean his scooter with.
He is truly missed at the Loyalton....

Dear Mutsch Family,
Our hearts go out to you on the loss of your father and grandfather.
Both Don and I have fond memories of Bill. Don especially remembers his friendly demeanor whenever he saw him at the lumber yard. I recall many happy times spent with your entire family at the Uthe Farm.
It was always obvious to us that he was very proud of his entire family and that all of you were the center of his life.
We know you will miss his physical presence in your lives.
