William passed away on Sunday, August 20, 2017. William was a resident of Rhode Island at the time of passing. He was a Navy veteran. His funeral will be held on Thursday at 9:00 AM from the PERRY-McSTAY FUNERAL HOME, 2555 Pawtucket Avenue, East Providence with a committal service at 10:00 AM at Gate of Heaven Cemetery.
