Dr."Bill"Newton certainly was a huge help in my life. I just returned to the pacific coast from the south once again to find he has gone~ To a better place indeed. May you rest in peace with angels all around. And god entertain you upon streets of gold.

I will always remember Bill for his sharp intellect, his eclectic tastes in music, and his golf game. He introduced me to IZ long before he was popular, and hit my 2 iron so well I simply gave it to him. He will be missed.

I was a patient in the late 90s. He helped me through a very dark period, a psychiatrist without feeling like one. He talked about the outdoors and visiting Yosemite and getting sun in winter. We talked about everything, big things, but mostly little things, triggers, and ways to overcome them. Minor shifts in perspective that created great breakthroughs in my overall wellbeing.
