William S. "Bill" Noce

In 1977 I was given a new position as director of the Management/Supervision program at Portland Community College. One of my first contacts with the adjunct faculty members was Bill Noce.

I was impressed with his enthusiasm and knowledge the first time I met him and it never waned. For 12 years in this position, Bill made my job much easier as an excellent teacher. His students always spoke higher of his knowledge, expertise and personality.
