I am sending condolences to the Nolter family. I didn´t know this page existed. My mother passed the day before Bill, and there was so much confusion in my life at the time I wasn´t able to find out much information about what happened to Bill. But I would like to share my sincere condolences with Bill`s family. I truly loved that man with all my heart and I will forever miss him.
