Bill was an incredible icon in the radio world, and a truly funny, witty and to the point type of person. He changed those he dealt with and made us better. Rest in Peace...

Very sad to hear of Billy's passing. While I hadn't seen him in quite a few years I have very fond memories of him back in the 70's when I was playing with Bart N. and Billy did the voice overs up at CCC for our demos and I always I had a great time the few times I visited with Bart at the old house in Glastonbury with Donna and the kids when they were little. You will always be in my thoughts and prayers.

I remember Bill from so long age when he had the James Gang band. I would try to go wherever the band was playing because i thought they were so good. My sincere sympathy to his family.

I was so sorry to learn of Bill's passing. He hired me at WCCC in 1983, my first job in radio. Bill was the best program director I ever worked for, and a truly nice person. My sincere condolences to his family.

Carolyn and Don Lombardi were so sad to hear of the passing of Billy Don and Billy had many wonderful memories of their time together performing for many years together in the band called the Reveliers. So much fun and many wonderful memories. Bill was one of a kind. A true showman. We wish and your entire family our deepest sympathy. Carolyn and Don Lombardi
