Had the Honor to have spent some time with him over the years when we had Collings Foundation WW11 Aircraft, B-17, B-24 and P-51 Mustang Wings of Freedom tour at New Castle County Airport. Bill we met at the VFW in Elkton about 6 yrs. ago dancing on Sunday evenings with his ladyfriend Barbie. Bill will be missed by all who knew him but now we all will have a "special angel" in heaven.
