It's been just over a year but I think about you pretty much everyday. I miss you, Will!

I still remember your favorite knitted mittens you lost on this hike. I'd like to imagine you're reunited with them in the Big Knitting Factory (the only place with real labor rights) in the sky. The warmth and joy you radiated, will always remain with us. Rest in happiness, my friend.

Will, my fondest memories of grad school have been with you. You always offered a calm groundedness that helped me understand that life is only about the moments we foster with each other and that all the other things don´t matter nearly as much as we allow them to. You´re always going to be a big influence on me and I´m lucky we got to cross paths in this life. Grieving with you on the loss of your son. Will crammed a lot into his few years of life! He was special and it's so sad that such a great person didn't have a long life. Our prayers are with you.
