I'm a local resident who volunteers to take photos of requested gravestones through the Find A Grave website. I received a request from TLane for a photo of Sgt. O'Rourke's gravestone, which led me to look for his obituary. I can see that your loved one was an honorable man, committed to his local church, serving on the volunteer fire department, serving during the Korean War, and caring for his family. Erin, Bill,and family, Please accept my condolences on your dad´s passing. I remember your mom and him attending many school events when you were students at Woodglen. May he Rest In Peace.

Although I do not know the soldier, I want to offer my prayers and condolences to this great man who helped keep me free.
