My deepest condolences to the immediate family of Bill Oliphant. Anyway, I felt compelled to write something here today in Bill's behalf. I didn't know Bill all that well and only knew him in passing. He was always friendly and upbeat when I would see him and it would only add up to small talk and we'd go our separate ways.
