Bill, I've known you for over 30 years. You've always marched to your own drummer. I saw you stitch up your own hand after a losing battle with a chain saw. I've seen the remains of a TV set that you shot and more than one guitar that suffered serious injury at your hand. I watched you cure a reluctant transmission with a pint of acetone. Oh, yes. Growing up and eventually living across the street from Mr. Oppelt was always full of excitement and adventure. I owe my appreciation for motorcycles especially those made by Harley-Davidson, to Bill. Thank you for all the rides when I was a child. Thank you for letting all the forts be built in the yard.
