WILLIAM LEE OUTLAR SR. "WEE-WEE" Age 55, of Gary, passed away on Monday, December 22, 2003. He was born in Tipton County, TN. on August 31, 1948 to Ollie and the late Sammie Outlar. He was a retired/disabled employee of US Steel. He is survived by his loving wife, Cynthia Outlar; 2 sons, Terry (Michelle) Carter and William (Kea) Jr.; and daughter, Tameika (Jason) Outlar; his mother, Ollie Outlar; 6 grandchildren; 3 brothers, Sammie, Thomas, and Rondell; 2 sisters, Clementine (David) Ware and Jennifer Outlar; 5 aunts; 2 uncles; and a host of other relatives and friends. Visitation will be Sunday, December 28, 2003 from 10 AM to 9 PM with Family Hour 6-8 PM at Smith, Bizzell and Warner Funeral Home "Your Golden Rule Funeral Home" 4209 Grant St., Gary. Funeral services will be Monday, December 29, 2003 at 11:00 AM at Zion Progressive Baptist Church, 1169 Connecticut St., Gary, IN with Rev. Norman Hairston Jr. officiating. Interment Evergreen Memorial Park.
