Dear Palm Family: We are saddened about the passing of Bill. As the chemistry teacher at Camp Hill High School, I knew Bill well as our second floor custodian. He always had a pleasant smile and word of encouragement for me and others. I could always count on Bill walking up the hallway as I was leaving for the day.
May God bless and keep you during this time of loss. May He put His loving arms around each of you.
In Christian love,

"Zerb"

Bill was one of the kindest, sweetest and caring persons I have ever known. He was a wonderful husband and a father. I will always remember his kind face and "quirky" smile. In the words of Annette, Bill will now be dancing in heaven with "both legs". Deb, Annette and Jenny (along with the entire Palm family) may God's grace carry you through this difficult time. The Heavens have opened up and welcomed an Angel. RIP Bill.

You will always be remembered. Rest in Peace Uncle Bill.
