I only took care of Mr. Pappas twice, but because of him I now enjoy feta cheese in my omletes. I had never tried it before until I fixed the omlete for him. Whenever I have feta cheese I think of him. I am so glad I got the chance to meet him and his wife and daughter. Rest in peace.
